Christiana Vardakou is a textile artist and natural dyer based in Athens. She creates one of a kind textiles with plant based dyes and teaches workshops and retreats, blending tradition with contemporary design. Trained in Textile Design at UAL in London with field research across Southeast Asia, she works with organic materials and time honored techniques, including natural dyeing, weaving, embroidery, batik, appliqué, and eco printing, to craft pieces meant to last. Since founding her studio in 2019, Christiana has collaborated with brands, architects, and hotels, and regularly teaches at leading cultural institutions, championing Slow Design, emotional durability, and responsible consumption.
