We’re Stefania and Syrago, two women who believe travel transforms us from the inside out.

Stefania grew up under the Greek sun, guiding travelers through ancient landscapes and sailing the Aegean, always seeking experiences that feel personal—something that felt like home, even far away.

Syrago’s path was wilder: 13 years as a nurse, the chaos of the pandemic, then leaping into the unknown that led from hospital shifts to glacier adventures in Iceland. With her anthropology background and endless curiosity, she’s always drawn to the real stories behind every place.

We met in the Swiss Alps and discovered we shared the same vision: travel that’s not rushed or surface-level, but soulful, joyful, and honest.

That’s how Elysian Routes was born.

Inspired by the mythical fields of bliss, we design journeys for women who crave both depth and delight, sunsets and storytelling, sea breezes and self-discovery.

We partner with local women such as chefs, artisans, herbalists, guides, and hosts who transform each place into a true connection.

Our journeys go beyond seeing the world; they honor the women who shape it and create space for their voices to be celebrated.
